A Little About Our Pricing
Grace On The Way Co. offers flexible wedding experiences that can be booked individually or bundled together to create a celebration that feels completely your own.
Photo Booth Experiences begin at $495, with packages ranging from $495–$895 based on service time and included features.
360 Video Experiences begin at $595, with packages from $595–$795. Couples can also add a 360 Experience to select Photo Booth packages beginning at $350.
Charm Bar Experiences begin at $29 per guest, with three experience levels ranging from $29–$49 per guestdepending on the number of charms and personalization included.
Wedding Hat Bar Experiences begin at $595 and are customized based on guest count, hat selection, embellishment level, and service time. Larger hosted experiences are available for 50, 100, 150+ guests.
Flower Bar Experiences are custom quoted due to the highly personalized nature of the experience. Pricing varies based on seasonal availability, fresh versus premium silk florals, guest count, the number and variety of floral selections offered, stem quantities, wrapping or vessel options, and overall event design.
Want more than one experience? We love creating custom bundles! Photo Booth, 360, Charm Bar, Hat Bar, and Flower Bar Experiences can be combined with special package pricing to create a one-of-a-kind Grace On The Way Co. celebration.

Grace On The Way Co. is proudly based on the North Oregon Coast, serving weddings and celebrations throughout the Oregon Coast, Astoria/Warrenton area, Portland Metro, Oregon Wine Country and the Willamette Valley, and surrounding communities.
And yes—we’re happy to travel! If your celebration takes us beyond our local service area, we would love to come along. Travel fees are customized based on event location, distance, lodging needs, and the services selected.
From romantic coastal celebrations and Portland weddings to vineyard gatherings in Oregon Wine Country and destination-worthy events throughout Oregon and beyond, we’re always excited to see where Grace takes us.
