Portland Wedding Show is an event where engaged couples can meet local wedding vendors in person, get inspired, and actually talk to the people who might be part of their wedding day. You’ll find a curated mix of local professionals from across the region all under one roof at the Oregon Convention Center. Photographers, venues, DJs, florists, caterers, dress shops, and more. It’s efficient, it’s fun, and most couples leave with serious planning momentum.

Online research is a great starting point, but it only goes so far. You can’t taste a cake on Instagram. You can’t get a feel for whether a photographer’s personality clicks with yours from a website. The Portland Wedding Show gives you the chance to meet vendors face to face, see their work up close, ask real questions, and compare your options side by side. Most couples say they made more planning progress in a few hours at the show than they did in weeks of scrolling.

General Admission is $5 when purchased before November 23, 2026 $10 through opening day, and $20 once the show starts. Buying early is the easiest way to save. VIP tickets are only available in advance and are limited, so if you want that experience, don’t wait on it.

General Admission gets you full access to the show floor, all the vendors, and everything happening throughout the weekend. Yes, and a lot of couples do. Many vendors come with show-only pricing or booking incentives, and popular vendors can fill their calendars fast. If you meet someone you love, there’s no reason to wait. When you book at the show, you can also enter for a chance to win back up to 10% of your vendor contract value with Signed, Sealed & Rewarded. It’s a pretty nice bonus for a decision you were already going to make.

Comfortable shoes first of all. The Oregon Convention Center is a big building. Beyond that, bring your phone for photos and saving contact info, a calendar for scheduling consultations, and a list of the vendor categories you still need to lock in. Some vendors have gone electronic for contact collection, but a few still use pen and paper so having address labels with your name, email, phone, and wedding date on hand doesn’t hurt. We’ll have a bag waiting for you at the door.

Bring whoever is part of your planning process. Your partner, your mom, your maid of honor, your whole crew. The more decision-makers you have with you, the more productive the day tends to be. Just keep in mind that everyone attending will need a ticket.

Not at all. Whether you just got engaged, you’re deep in planning, or you’re still in the early dreaming stage, the show is worth your time. That said, if you do have a date or a season in mind, it helps you have better conversations with vendors when you’re there.
