How the Directory Works
When couples visit theportlandweddingshow.com and browse the vendor directory, they are not just looking for show information. They are actively planning. They are searching by category, clicking on listings, and reaching out to vendors directly through the site.
Spotlight listings appear first in every category. Featured listings appear second. Basic listings appear third. Within each tier, listings rotate randomly so every vendor gets a fair shake.
Every listing also shows an Upcoming Expo indicator, so when a couple sees your listing, they know they can also find you at the show. It is a built-in reason for them to come meet you in person.

Spotlight is included at no extra cost for vendors in our Premium booth package, active through three months post-show.
A Note on Non-Exhibiting Vendors
If you are not currently in the show, you are still welcome to purchase any listing level. A lot of vendors use it as a way to stay connected to Portland couples while they consider exhibiting in a future show.
That said, exhibiting is where the real value is. Nothing replaces being in the room with hundreds of couples on show weekend, and your directory listing works harder when couples can see you at the show too.
