About The Historic Pioneer Church, Oregon City
The Pioneer Wedding Chapel near Oregon City is operated by the non-profit Baker Cabin Historical Society on their three acre site near the Carver Oregon bridge over the Clackamas River. Steeped in history and sitting on the Oregon Trail, the church built in 1895 was moved here and renovated. The historic society also cares for the 1856 log cabin which serves as a museum in homage to the Baker Family who arrived on the Trail in 1846 and became successful quarrying basalt stone for the construction of many heritage sites including the Oregon City locks.
The church seats 64-80 guests and is perfect for concerts, vow renewals, and weddings that can extend across the meadow for outdoor receptions.

A Little About Our Pricing
Standard Wedding packages are time based offering maximum flexibility and choice to enjoy as much of your special day as possible. In two-hour increments there is the 2-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour packages. All the packages offer the Church, the Changing Room, and access to the entire grounds for photos. The 6 and 8 hour packages include use of the park-like grounds for receptions or a party and also offers power cords, picnic tables, and garbage cans.
