Imagination Factory provides full-service wedding and event rentals throughout the Oregon Coast and beyond. Our offerings include event tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, PA and sound systems, mobile bar setups, giant yard games, and other event essentials designed to make celebrations easy, memorable, and fun.
We specialize in bringing the event to you—whether your wedding is at the beach, a private property, a venue, or somewhere completely unique. Our team can assist with rental planning, delivery, setup, and takedown so couples can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying their day.

A Little About Our Pricing
Our pricing is flexible and built around each couple’s needs. Rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all package, we can provide everything from individual rental items to complete event rental packages.
Couples can choose from tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, sound systems, mobile bar setups, games, and more, with the option to bundle services for a more complete experience. Delivery, setup, and takedown can also be included depending on your event location and rental needs.
Pricing is based on the equipment selected, event size, location, delivery requirements, and level of setup service. We’re happy to build a customized package that fits your vision and budget while keeping the process straightforward.

We regularly travel to coastal venues, private properties, outdoor locations, and destination wedding sites. Whether you’re celebrating in Seaside, Cannon Beach, Astoria, Tillamook, Portland, Vancouver, or somewhere in between, our goal is to make event rentals easy and accessible.

Imagination Factory is proudly based on the North Oregon Coast, and the coast is where we shine. We primarily serve weddings and events from Astoria and Seaside to Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Tillamook, and surrounding coastal communities.
