Featuring premium Tillamook ice cream and house-made sorbets, we create unforgettable dessert experiences for weddings, parties, and celebrations year-round. Our unique & stylish mobile carts and service vehicles are Insta-photo-worthy, serving up custom sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, floats, affogatos or nacho bars. We add charm & nostalgia to any event, indoors or outdoors. Elegant or playful, we tailor every detail to your theme with our turn-key service. Whether you’re envisioning a pre-dinner appetizer treat, a sophisticated dessert bar after dinner or a fun late-night treat to keep the dance floor energized, The Mobile Scoop Shop is the sweet surprise your guests will rave about long after the last scoop is gone.

Hand-scooped ice cream and sorbets.
Full Float station (root beer, orange, vanilla cream, Dr. Pepper)

A Little About Our Pricing
Our peak season (May 15 – Oct 15) requires minimums service fees starting at $1095 on weekends, with the rate depending on the equipment type. Our most budget friendly option is our Tux vehicle service, with our Que ice cream truck and our cart services having the highest minimum service fee. Average cost per person, depending on many factors, often averaging around $9-15 pp. Larger groups (over 150) experience a reduced price per person on scoop rate.
Because of the variety of equipment and menu options, we prefer to provide custom quotes for each inquiry. A consultation with you allows us to ensure we can offer the best recommendations that will fulfill your dream and honor your budget.
Service Area
We are based in Gresham and include a 25 mile radius within all of our base rates. We serve the NW Oregon region with an additional mileage fee for service outside of the 25 included miles.

Additional Information
Our carts hold 6 flavors and our vehicles hold 8 flavors. You may mix and match any of the available Tillamook or house made sorbets at no additional fee.
